Funding may be available to your Northern Ontario-based business planning renewable energy projects in Northern Ontario. You could apply for funding for:

  • Renewable Energy Planning — up to 50% of eligible project costs to a maximum of $100,000
  • Internal Energy Generation — up to 50% of eligible project costs to a maximum of $250,000

You must partner with a municipality or First Nation in order to be eligible for Renewable Energy Planning funding. Other conditions apply.
